For us, sustainability is essentially about the long-term interaction between people, products and the environment.

Our business concept is to “design and produce clothes of high quality and with a high-end design factor for companies that are seeking to invest in their employees”.

The aim is to contribute to creating a better environment and everyday life for suppliers, co-workers and customers. To succeed in this endeavour, we have opted to focus on products that are sustainable over time, and in production plants that have the capability to operate in compliance with our Code of Conduct.

Human beings in focus
Working conditions in the textile industry are good at most production facilities but not all. We have chosen to focus on selected manufacturing plants in Thailand and China that we can work with in the long term and who accept our Code of Conduct. We impose strict demands on our employees to ensure they develop their sustainability awareness and expertise, and we make regular visits to our suppliers to assure and exchange know-how in this area.

Environment
We are consuming the Earth’s resources at an ever-increasing rate, and the textile industry ought to share the responsibility. We work closely with our suppliers to constantly improve our manufacturing processes. Although we have made good progress, our work is far from finished and we are continuing to do everything in our power. Day in, day out. For us, it´s important that no clothes are thrown away, but if we have clothes that cannot be sold for various reasons, we have chosen to donate the clothes to charity.

Long-life products
‘Long-life products’ is a term used for work apparel and uniforms that in most cases are worn more than normal clothes. We have opted to work with premium-segment products as they last longer and are a more sustainable choice. We naturally ensure that we inform customers about washing instructions and other guidelines. A garment that can be worn for longer generates a lower environmental impact.

Transport
We are working constantly to improve the efficiency of our logistics solutions and avoid unnecessary transport movements. To mitigate our negative environmental impact, we transport our garments by sea whenever possible, and we choose suppliers who comply with Clean Shipping Coalition standards. Our suppliers strive at all times to pack our products as efficiently as possible, minimising the amount of air in the boxes and thus maximising the filling factor.
