Registration / How does it work?
The first step to becoming a new customer at the Round Hills web shop is that you first register as a new customer. You will create a username and password yourself.

When a registration is created you will be able to log in and take part of the prices and we can handle your order request in the best way. The confirmation will be sent by email from the Project Manager at Round Hill.

Upon contact with Round Hill at e.g. meeting, fairs etc., all customers will be able to get a username and password to log in to our web shop.

Terms of payment
Payment is made with invoice and sent by e-mail. The invoice sent to you will be paid within 30 days net or as agreed. 

Prices on the website are stated in Swedish Kroner (SEK). Prices are stated excluding VAT. We offer free shipping on the first order. For larger orders or special requests please contact via e-mail.

Deliveries
Orders within and outside of Sweden are shipped after order confirmation. Estimated delivery time in Sweden are between 3-5 working days from shipping your order. International orders are within 5-7 working days.

Shipments are only made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, with exception of Swedish public holidays.

Returns
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Articles can not have been used and must be in salable condition. If you wish to make a return, please contact us first via email, info@roundhill.se

Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange order please contact info@roundhill.se. All exchange orders will be shipped back by the customer on their own expense.

Complaint
If you have received a damaged item or if you have a complaint, please contact us by email, info@roundhill.se.

Private Policy / GDPR
Round Hill follows the new EU Data Protection Rules, abbreviated GDPR, which applies from the 25th, May 2018. We care about the relationship with you as a customer and want you to feel safe with us. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement with you. 

We save the following personal data about our customers:

First Name, Last Name, Company / Organization, Email, Corporate Identity, VAT Number, Address, Country, Phone Number.

As a customer, you can request extract, modification or deletion of this information at any time.
